With twenty years of real estate sales experience and an award-winning career, Susan's expertise has led her to be named a top agent in all of Somerset County, specializing in the Basking Ridge/Bernards Township, Bernardsville, Bedminster, Warren Township, Peapack-Gladstone, Far Hills, Mendham, Harding Township, and Bridgewater communities.
Greg brings 4 years of sales and marketing experience to the team. Two of those four years have been spent in the real estate industry and the other two with the largest hearing aid manufacturer in the world. While working with the manufacturer he learned key marketing concepts like the importance of social media, video, and selling to the “why”.
Most recently, Greg works closely with Susan to build a client-focused business. He uses his past experiences to add value to each and every client that works with the Susan Fazio Team. Both Greg and Susan work very closely on each of their transactions to ensure their clients get the best service while also getting them the best value.
Greg graduated with a degree in Finance from Rider University where he played baseball. He now enjoys working in the family business as a buyer’s agent, seller’s agent, and marketing specialist.
